After approval from MV Technics, it is possible to return stock items within 30 days of the invoice date. The items must have the same condition as sold.
Items purchased especially for you. New factory sealed items whose seal has been broken or with damaged packaging.
The standard return costs are 10% of the sales price of the item. The shipping costs for returning the items and possible transport damage are on customers own expense.

As soon as we have received your return, we will review it within 5 working days. In case your return is accepted, your money will be refunded and you will receive a credit invoice. In case your return not is accepted, you will be contacted.

You receive a standard 1 year warranty on items that are repaired by us or that you have bought from us.
Contact MV Technics to register your warranty claim. We may be able to help you from a distance and otherwise you will receive an RMA form to return the item for a warranty assessment.
No there are no costs involved. When the warranty assessment turns out that the claim is false, €150 will be charged for the purpose of research costs.
