What are the payment methods?

You can pay your orders with:

  • iDEAL
  • PayPal
  • SEPA bank transfer
  • Invoice (afterwards) For existing customers we offer payment on account, contact us about the possibilities.

Repairs

How do I request a repair?

A repair can be requested via the form on our website, by phone or mail.

What brands do you repair?

We repair electronic parts of any brand.

How long does a repair take?

We repair your product within 15 working days.

Can the software be retained in my products?

Yes, we can almost always keep the software. Please indicate this on the RMA form.

Is there a warranty on the repair?

Yes, you get a standard 1 year warranty.

What happens if my product cannot be repaired?

We will contact you if your product cannot be repaired. There will be no costs incurred. You can choose to receive the product back or have it dispose by us.

Returns

Is it possible to return items?

After approval from MV Technics, it is possible to return stock items within 30 days of the invoice date. The items must have the same condition as sold.

What cannot be returned?

Items purchased especially for you. New factory sealed items whose seal has been broken or with damaged packaging.

Is there a fee for returning items?

The standard return costs are 10% of the sales price of the item. The shipping costs for returning the items and possible transport damage are on customers own expense.

How do I return items?

Contact MV Technics to register your return. Pack the item transport-resistant and add the received RMA form to the package. After this you can send the package at your own expense to:

As soon as we have received your return, we will review it within 5 working days. In case your return is accepted, your money will be refunded and you will receive a credit invoice. In case your return not is accepted, you will be contacted.

Sales

What kind of industrial electronics do you purchase?

We mainly purchase PLCs, HMIs and Drives. The products must be repairable.

How do I sell my industrial electronics to MV Technics?

Use the form on our website of or send a list with article numbers, condition and quantities to our email.

What do you base the fair price on?

There are several factors that play a role in determining the price such as, the condition  and popularity of the part, our stock level and the future selling price.

Which parcel service will be used to ship my order?

All standard packages within Europe are shipped with UPS (Express Saver).

Can I trace my order?

When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive the tracking number.

What is the delivery time of my order?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Do you need your order faster? That is possible, contact us for an urgent delivery.

Warranty

Is there a warranty on the products of MV Technics?

You receive a standard 1 year warranty on items that are repaired by us or that you have bought from us.

How do I claim a warranty?

Contact MV Technics to register your warranty claim. We may be able to help you from a distance and otherwise you will receive an RMA form to return the item for a warranty assessment.

Are there any costs charged with submitting a warranty claim?

No there are no costs involved. When the warranty assessment turns out that the claim is false, €150 will be charged for the purpose of research costs.
